Aimee Carrero Rock (nee' Aimee Carreo, born July 15th, 1988) is an American actress. She currently stars as Sofia Rodriguez in the Freeform series Young & Hungry.

In 2012, Carrero appeared in Blue Lagoon: The Awakening on Lifetime. Carrero made her Off-Broadway debut in Atlantic Theater Company's world premiere play, "What Rhymes with America in December 2012".

She appeared in 20th Century Fox's thriller The Devil's Due and recurred in the second season of FX's "The Americans" as a Sandinista freedom fighter.
